Mathematica Link for Excel requires Mathematica and Excel to
be installed on the same machine on which the link is installed.

Below is a summary of all the operating systems and versions of
Mathematica and Excel that are supported by the current release.

Operating System

Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7
(Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions)

Wolfram Mathematica

Mathematica 5.x, 6.x, 7.x
(Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions)

Microsoft Excel

Excel 2000*, 2002/XP, 2003, 2007
